itv hub not working

We have lost ITV hub on our KD49X805 this morning it as been working fine for years, it was OK last night but this morning it is blank with a message say no network but Iplayer ,more4 and  5  other are working.

Can anyone offer any advice

As of today 8th of December 2022, ITV hub was replaced by ITV X.

Go to the Google Play Store, download and install ITV X.

thanks for the information.

tried google play on home page but got no results for ITVx search

also tried for ITVx on internet on the Sony tv where there is an ITVx app for downloading which I did but this will not install as it is "incorrect for this device"

but for some reason I have now got ITV Hub back  at 5:30pm today fingers crossed it stays.

Hey @nodrog47, ITVX has been launched already. Try to turn the TV off, unplug the power then replug and go to Google Play Store, search for iTV and press update. Also, make sure that your TV is running on the latest software version before proceeding, what is the full model number of your TV?
