Dolby Vision does not work on the Prime video app

I have the sony kd-xf9005. I can see the Dolby vision logo when scrolling through some videos, but when clicking on them, dolby vision doesn't actually turn on and the video just plays without any HDR. Normal HDR videos will work fine on the prime app, just not the dolby vision. Dolby vision does work on other apps like Netflix though. Is there a way to fix this?

The only one available in Italy (Jack Ryan) plays ok in DV on prime video

I just checked Jack Ryan, and dolby vision works fine. There are a few other programmes with the dolby vision logo but they won't work. Must be an error on their end. Thanks anyway.
