My TV is under a year old and already had 2 major faults, we currently can not use it as the screen just shows vertical lines. I have called everyday for a week and all I am being told is a manager will call me. This is shocking customer service when I have paid over £3300 for my TV

Hi @Chaplen
If it is under a year old then you should really be talking to the Retailer first for a replacement or refund.
Unfortunately the Sony shop I bought it from ceased trading 2 months after purchase
