Serial number not recognised

Hello, 

In need to book repair for my Sony A7IV as the shutter is broken, however the serial number isn't recognised on the form and can't find any other way to proceed to contact support. Any ideas on how I can get in touch with anyone from Sony for help?

Hey @Emrys14 I think in this case you will need to contact Sony here so they can give you the proper support regarding the repair booking.
