My A7R4 displays the correct date for photos but the previous day for movie files. I have tried shooting S&Q, back button movie and top button movie mode. All display the previous day. I am in the UK and the camera is set up for PAL region.

Thanks,
I tried a reset and same thing happened. I then changed date and did a reset and changed the date back till today and reset. This, so far, seems to work. I will not know for sure until tomorrow, when I will test to see if the new day date will work.

Hi, has it been like this from day 1? cuz if it's a recent issue you might wanna try resetting to factory defaults.
To do so, head to setup then reset/save settings then settings reset.
Also, have you tried using different memory cards and check if that will affect it or not?

I think that the resetting the date did the trick. I have also learnt about how Lightroom handles the fact that the Sony video files are quicktime which uses UTC so all videos when imported are out by 1 hour in British Summer Time. Lightroom has this as a known limitation and blames quicktime for not having local time in their metadata.
