When i connect the phone to my PC, nothing happends.
If i go to USB settings in phone, i cant change anything.

I tried another cable, and then it worked!
The first cable i tried, was from my old Huawei.
But still weird, a cable should be a cable right?

Which cable were you using? Can you try a different one? Also, try a different computer, just to isolate which one really have the problem, your PC, the cable or the phone.

No, not all cables are equal.
The cables have to be electronically marked cable assembly (EMCA) and support "SOP" packets. It must respond to the "Discover Identity" VDM sequence* with a cable VDO packet with bits 6..5 set to indicate 5A current handling capability.
Supported current, and other gubbins matter.
