Xperia 1 IV echo problem
Hi, i bought Xperia 1 IV last week and have trouble with phone calls. When I put on speaker while I am making phone call , other side hearing her/his voice back. I got lot of complains about that and i can not put speaker on during phone call. Anyone have suggestion about that? It's just 1 week old phone . Incredible!! I already regret to switch from iOS to Android.

Hello,
Do you also have issues without the loudspeaker enabled? Do you experience being heard interrupted or like a robot?

Hi Mipa90,
Try the steps mentioned on this link: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/mobile-phones-tablets/articles/00232845
Also, test with a different SIM card, or test your SIM card on a different phone.
Have you tested it with app calls? This step is to decide if the issue is with phone calls only, or all calls.
BR,
Hannah

Try the Xperia Companion application repair option. I had a similar problem(with voice calls, people claimed they heard an echo sound and my voice was cutting out) with my new Xperia 1 IV. So far that seemed to have resolved the issue.

Hi Mipa90, since the issue is isolated to phone calls, I'd recommend contacting your operator or trying a different SIM card.
