Bravia TV lines

My Bravia TV now has rows of vertical lines behind the picture.They show up against a light background such as blue or green. I am sure they did not show when I first purchased the TV. This was in October 2018. The lines do not show up when the test picture is shown. Does anybody else have the same problem.

Hi,

Please reboot the TV by unplugging it from power for some minutes.

If this doesn't help perform a factory reset.

If this doesn't help either please contact customer support from Sony.
