Z3 Screen won't turn on!

Last night, I put my phone in to charge and I fell asleep (the battery was very low, about 3% if that makes a difference). I woke up early and I grabbed my phone but when I pressed the power button, it wouldn't turn on. I know it is not dead because the notification light is still on. I tried to hold the power button and volume up button but that wouldn't work. I tried to charge it for 15 minutes just in case but it still wouldn't turn on. I don't know if it's the screen or the power button, but it was fine last night.

I'm sorry to hear that. For how long did you hold the power key and volume up button for? I'd recommend that you hold it down for 120 seconds then try starting your device again. Also try charging your device for at least 30 minutes before you try to start it.

I would also recommend that you try and temporarily remove any SD- and SIM-card from the device to see if they may be causing this behavior.

It has been charging for 40 minutes and I tried holding it down for 120 seconds but none of that worked.

Did you have a chance to try and remove your SIM- and SD-card from your device, does it still behave the same way?

Hi same happend to me with my z3, i try all but nothing.. when i charge just the red light.. 

Help please !!!
