z3 restart when played

z3 (D6603) dies suddenly when played, and this happens very often. I've tried the latest frimeware updates and software updates but the results are still the same. how do I not restart my cellphone when it is played?

Hi @Embul, sorry to hear about this.

Is it a specific game that you are playing when the device is restarting, or is it the same with other games, or when you are just using the device without playing a game? For example, if you are watching a YouTube video.

I would recommend that you remove the SIM and/or SD card(s) from your device and see if you experience the same behaviour, since a defect SIM or SD card can cause the device to restart.
