Dear Christofer!
I'm a retired software man. This case is not so complicated for Your software team, if all z2 work fine with Lolypop, and most of them have problems with Marshmallow, then it's Marshmallow. I've sent my Z2 to local support team, but the only thing they may do is mic testing, The mic is OK!! that's an answer I got from them. Still the phone can not be used for call, since the caller or doesn't listen at all or listens waterfall!! I did twice repair, it helps shortly, but the problem returns, that's clear for me, it's program overlapping when using Marshmallow.
Shame on Sony, you're selling a phone which has been converted to piece of plastic. Many respectable companies did recall.
We are going to buy 2 new phones for grandchilds, should I buy Sony??
I really wish all the best, and I'm starting to check possibility of loyal sanctions, if Sony will proceed to tell stories, instead of finding solution.
My respect.

Hi @BorisAro, I'm sorry to hear this.
Another user in this topic tried disabling the noise reduction for the microphone in Settings > Call and said that helped. Is this something that you have tried doing as well?

At least I got a real answer from Local support (Mr. Ran).
I started safe mode, then I saw that mic is OK, call is OK.
Then Ran asked me about installed applics, I was adviced to uninstall Audio recording (Sony mobile), and now I got a phone, not a piece of plastic. It's still very sensitive to phone position, should be close to mouth. But at least I got something. Thank You Mr. Ran!!! I wish all Sony supporters listen customers, and just write answers.
All the best

My device is a Sony Xperia Z2, purchased summer 2015, Android 6.0.1
Settings > Call > Microphone noise suppression : OFF
Seems to be working, let's see what happens.
Thank You Christofer!
Cheers Rhino

Problem solved for me by turning noise reduction during call off. Software problem.....
Settings > call options > noise reduction > turn off. 😂

3 kere servise göndermeme rağmen görüsme ile karsı tarafa sesim gitmiyor. Sadece hoparlör ile konusabiliyorum.
Though I have sent a service three times, my voice does not go away. I can only talk with the speaker.

Hello, I have a question I bought this phone three years and five months ago, I changed the battery last week due to the charge being empty, then my voice will not be sent to my contact during the conversation, I restarted, SIM card I also turned out that it was correct, but again the problem returned, what's wrong with you? Is it possible for the battery changer to hurt the microphone? Thanks
