Seal problem, Ear speaker problem, black sceen when you call somebody

I have all this problems and they can't be solved by Sony!

Seal - after you repair it, it comes again! ... 

Ear speaker is not working when I call somebody -> the only way I can hear somebody is true loudspeaker - and everybody can hear what I speak ...

Black sceen - immediatly after I call somebody, my screen become black but I must swith on my loudspeaker! - the only way I can swith on my loudspeaker is to push twice my swith on/off button (it works in 90%) so the screen is not black

You see what a punishment is to use such a phone

I like Sony design and specifications of its phones BUT WHY THEY CAN'T PRODUCE A PHONE WITHOUT BUGS IN THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE PHONES? I'M REALLY DISAPOINTED.

The same with Xperia XZ1 Compact - I like it but when I read all its bugs ... I can't decide to give 450 euro for it!!!
