Hi. Would anybody have a solution? Previously when connecting my Sony with USB to my laptop to download pictures on my phone there would be a dialogue box to select options: transfer files, charge battery. Now it does not appear anymore. When connecting it only does pling and it is charging but my PC cannot read the phone. I already tried with switching on and off.
