Loudspeaker not working?

Hi,

Just got my Z5 premium replaced for the third time in the last six months. This brand new phone plays music and text notification sounds, but in call it gets muted when I put it on loudspeaker. This is on normal SIM card calls as well as Facebook calls.

My phone is updated, I tried turning it off and on again. Is there a fix for this?

Are there any actual Sony phones that just work? I really don't want to have to send it away AGAIN....

The phone's on/off fingerprint button no longer works. This is getting ridiculous. I have had this phone for two days.

**EDIT** Ok, it is all external buttons. None of the buttons or the loudspeaker on my BRAND NEW Sony phone do not work.
