'Lolipop 5.0.2, Quick charging 2.0'

Hello, guys

So I have updated my Xperia Z2 to latest (5.0.2), and alot of people are saying the phone is compatible with Quick Charge 2.0. 

So I am curious if anyone of you have tried, or know more? As long as the charger is quick charger from qualcomm then it should work, and people getting full charge in 1 hour and half instead of almost 4 hours as of now.

Anyone know?

It seems the quick charging option is related to the variant of Z2.

Well, I know this , Alex - RELAX. Hence I meant that after the 5.0.2 people said it was ENABLED. The processor is the one that is for the quick charging-techology, so it shouldn't be any problem. 

Anyways, since people said it worked for them after this update, I was very curious. It would be nice if it was enabled now, though.

Yes, that would be great. Several people told me after the latest update on sony's blog, so that would be really nice, though. Great to have the quickcharging-option available!

I have not seen any information about this being changed in the update to Android 5.0. Only the japanese variant of Z2 supports Quick Charge 2.0 according to the information i have.

Why is it that only the Japanese variant has it enabled? Why does Sony deliberately screw it's customers like that? So unprofessional
