how to reset your phone without accessing it ??

my screen cracked and touch stopped ..... and i have some data on phone that i want to have .... and i cant open the phone cuz pattern , so how can you paybass the pattern or even reset the phone from outside (without touch) .... there is a part of the screen that the touch is working though .....

Please, first run a backup of the device information as explained here. Then perform a system repair usingPC Companion orBridge for MAC. The process will erase all internal memory.You might need to charge your device for about 1-2 hours before so the device has at least 80% battery. Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds) Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the on screen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process. If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP. Keep us updated please, I´m at disposal for any question.

pc companion tellls me that i have to unlock the screen .... and i cant do that cuz of the touch

Just make sure the device is turned off and you are not connecting it to your computer until you are prompted.

oh i miraclsly opened my device through the part the touch was still working using my xperia.com after changing pss :"D yay now i can get everything i want from pc and back up thanks anyway
