Hello, my phone with the inserted sim card somewhere in half an hour, it often ceases to see it. after rebooting back the same way, half an hour all right and back gives an error (no sim card) as there you can use your phone !!!! reset settings did not give anything

Have you had the chance to try with a different SIM card in your device? That way we can make sure that your SIM card is not defect and we can continue with the troubleshooting of the device.

If you have a friend, family member or colleague that has the same size SIM card as you do, you can ask if you can borrows theirs for a short while to test.
