Battery charging issues

If the battery is charging with the original cable , the lock screen is telleing fast charging,  but this message is blinking , and the display can't go to sleep. Charging with a normal cable tells charging and I cant turn off the display anymore,  so the battery gets empty while charging. 

Additional during charging , all Browsers constantly refreshing themself,  also all the other apps on the phone .

I already tried it to totally reset it , nothing changed . Also cleaned the micro USB of the phone. 

Any suggestions ?

could you test a different wall charger? 

Also, boot in >>> safe mode and report back

I never notice that if you charge with original product from sony it will appear fast charging

Can you give the pict of it or video?

Yeah, I tested it with different chargers.

Safe mode changed anything.

Same issue when battery is full .

On slow loading the screen is just alsways on and don't really charge the phone .

What actually do you talk about? XPERIA XZ2 or XPERIA Z2?
