XZP keeps resetting/crashing when attempting to make phone call

Got my XZP over a week ago and suddenly my phone is unable to make phone calls - it just keeps crashing and resetting. It has been fine the past few days. There has been no physical damage whatsoever. Incredibly frustrating... any help?

That seems to be a faulty SIM card, if possible get a brand new SIM card or borrow a SIM card and test your phone.
