XZ Premium Headphone Jack stopped working

So i upgraded my phone 2 weeks ago, my first XZ premium the headphone jack stopped working, when it started working again it became fuzzy and distorted, i took it back to my phone provided and they swapped it out last week.

My new XZ premium headphone jack has now stopped working after 1 week! How am i supposed to utilise the Hi Definition Audio setting with a wired headphone when the headphone jack doesnt work properly?

This obviously seems to be a common issue... I had to resort to download an app to force the sound to the headphone jack!! The app is called Soundabout on the playstore

Being fixed by Soundabout, this can be a software glitch or a 3rd party app you're installing every time.

You can test that by restarting your phone into safe mode, this will disable all installed 3rd party apps. If the problem is resolved then one of your installed apps is causing this issue and you have to figure out which one. Start by uninstalling those apps you installed recently.
