I got the XZ (F8332) recently, I noticed that whenever I plug in my Monster Diesel earphones the music would play but when turning the jack the music would stop and after pressing play again sound would come via the speakers. The earphones that came in the box are not as bad but when turning the jack it makes a crackling sound. The XZ does not pick up the monster earphones at all now. However, there is an app I found called Soundabout which forces the device to use the headphone jack with that app in use there are no issues and everything works fine. But, that is not a long-term solution.
My Sony MDR-V55R work perfectly with no issue at all.
Any fixes?
