XZ Display has a yellow touch compared to my Z3

On full brightness with stock settings my XZ Display has a decent yellow touch. My Z3 looks perfectly white maybe a bit blueish. Its even brighter on full brightness. When i try to correct the Colour with the settings i cannot fully get rid of the yellow tone. Does anybody have the same issue?

The XZ doesn't have a cool tone at all or is it just mine?

XZ may have yellow touch, Z3 had blue touch instead.
When comparing XZ screen is waay better.

The z3 series have the wrost White balance... The real White il 6500k

Since upgrading to android 7.0 the display calibration seems better. Not as yellow as before

Hey everyone! Yesterday i bought the xperia xz and i was shocked how yellowish the screen looked. Is this normal or its my phones issue? Should a repair from the pc companion fix this?

When I first got my XZ I had many issues and had a total of 5 exchanges and all of them had yellow tint, even the one I'm using now has a yellow tint but your eyes get used to it after a while,, came from a Z5 which was pure white

Z3-z5 were cooler whites edging onto the bluer shade, XZ is more neutral

I had all z phones and xz had soo much difference.All z phones had a more natural towards blue tint which i prefer. I played a bit with white balance but i still think a permanent solution is better. Maybe that will get fixed in the next upgrade?

I had problems with dead pixels, yellow tint, touch screen acting crazy when I wasn't touching it and black camera, the one I'm using now has 1 dead pixel but it's tiny and don't notice it unless I look for it so not worth bothering about

I bought a second hand XZ due to the power button on Z3+ almost going dead. I was shocked, like many others, to see the yellow tone. My Xperia Z3+ is perfectly white, or at least what I'd consider to be white. A previous poster mentioned that they had to put the blue to 100% to get a nice white and that does indeed help on a massive level.
