XZ Cannot connect Wifi without Restart

Hi there,

Today I 've found a new trouble with my dear XZ.

Reset phone is not only solve lagging device but also let my device connect to Wifi.

If I don't, Wifi list only show old Wifi SSID list and don't let me connect to any AP.

Factory reset 3 times and too tired to reset and install all apps, copy data and set permission every time.

May Sony give any solution ?

Just using it 45 days and I am now planning to sell my XZ, then turn into Huawei or Xiaomi or Samsung. Slightly_frowning_Face

Ok, did you try this?

Settings -> More -> Network settings reset -> Reset settings -> Restart your phone (you might need to set up your mobile data APN after that too)

I'd suggest that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory, so it's potentially more effective than simple factory resets in fixing such glitches. Don't forget to backup using Xperia Companion, but preferably without adding apps or settings to the backup.

Follow the steps given in blue links, and keep us updated.

I've done it 3 days ago.

My situation did not become better, so I think I should look for another support.

In your original post, you stated that you did "factory reset" from 3 days ago. I'm recommending to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion, did you do that too?

Thanks for your reply.

Tried Xperia Companion to Repair it, then Factory Reset it.

I've done all software solution that I know and can do.
