The high heat seems to have reached my Xperia XZ in an unexpected way.
Indeed on my way back home after a day in Paris under 40 ° C, I noticed condensation on the lenses of my camera. Worried and panicked I immediately put my phone in rice overnight to absorb moisture. The next morning everything disappeared but I saw two yellowish stains in the top corners of the screen, and when heated the condensation came back and the touch was activated by itself on the top part.
Then one morning nothing more, no more problems, I still made a request for referral of my phone for expertise. I must point out that my phone never fell and was never immersed.
And this morning my screen vibrated, there were red bands on the entire length of the screen and everything was split, I'm in panic because I do not know if the guarantee will work, or even know what is due Problem ... Please help me.
