Xperia XZ has no quality

After years of using Samsung,  I decided to try Sony XZ.

It is remarkable that such a poor product can be designed, I always used to associate Sony with quality but those days seem to be gone.

- The speaker is a nightmare, virtually useless.

- The light is too tiny to see.

Sounds more like you have encountered a rare defect, perhaps look into an exchange?

The screens on mine are all perfect.

Japanese phones place less emphasis on speaker volume and in general focus on quality of sound when used with hi-res audio headphones and hi-res audio files, as the Japanese consumer, on average, rarely uses external speakers in public.
