Hi, I checked my xz premium mobile with antutu benchmark and I opened the info option, but I shocked with that result can you clear my doubts, moreover other xz premium owners also check that and upload your screen shots here. Please it will help me compare with my mobile..
I can't see the images until a moderator approves them,
anyway, as far as I know. Sony used multi aspect sensor on their Cameras. as explained here:http://www.gsmarena.com/sonys_new_z5_series_phones_actually_use_a_custom_25mp_camera_sensor-blog-138...
however In xperia xz premium they used their latest IMX 400 which has 5056 x 3792 pixels
@Antony88: alright I can see them now,.
did the antutu app got updated recently? report this to the developer as a bug , because definetly Xperia XZ Premium has 19MP back camera. this was also the problem back when xperia z3 was released the app wont detect the full resolution of the camera. also try to check your current resolution selected on the camera app.
NExt, Xperia XZ premium screen uses 1080p as default, 4K resolution is only activated when it detects 4k content or when viewed on Album or Video App... that is why the app only detects 1080p since the app itself doesn't need to use 4k resolution
You can check out more abour Xperia XZ Premium in detaild at GSMARENA.COM
Yeah, Thank you for your valuable response. But where can i check the resolution for camera?
@Antony88: go to camera app. click on the gear icon then resolution
you can choose from the preset. a full 19mp will have 4:3 aspect ration. it means it captures images taller. 17MP will have 16:9 aspect which means a wider shot
it the same for the front camera
The sensor is a full 19mp (21 physical) but some apps use the camera2 api to identify the sensors resolution which won't see more than the 8.3mp reported.
Other apps such as Aida64 see the correct sensor size as they read the information differently.
Either way, the XZ Premium has a 21.0mp (5504x3808) multi aspect sensor capable of maximum 19mp(4:3) or 17mp(16:9) shots
