What Does "4G+" symbol on my phone mean?

Does 4G+ means carrier agregation? or better speeds? I've noticed it yesterday as I turned on my mobile interner

it's an LTE Advanced symbol (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LTE_Advanced). basically an improved LTE protocol. 4G and LTE are pretty much the same thing and depending on software region the phone displays either 4G or LTE icon, just to make that clear.
