Update to my lagging slow Xperia XZ

So I complained that my Xperia XZ has been lagging badly sinc the last update. The camera has been unusable at times, wallpaper has gone black, taking ages to load icons on home screen etc. A reboot helped for a few hours then it went back to lagging.

So this morning I forced the Facebook app to stop and disabled it as i cant fully uninstall it on the Xperia XZ. Guess what..... my phone is back to being fast and normal as it should be and has been great all day.

I remember doing the same thing on my Xperia Z2 a while ago and it helped a lot. So who knows what data that app is crunching in the background. It worse than a virus.

Anyone with a lagging phone please try this and post your outcome.

Maybe it worked for some but not the rest. I tried it before, it was not enough. I have uninstalled also all third party apps but the lag problem is still there. I have already done the safemode, but upon normal mode. Lag still exists.
