Touch screen lags in Sony xperia xzs

I was recently having the touch lags as in when I head into the App drawer and try to scroll it doesn't respond for a couple of times and then will respond. I've read many articles about XZ, but not XZs probably no one would have bought it I believe. When I checked in the free drawing test, it all worked fine. I'm not sure, what is causing this issue. Somebody please help me. I called up the service center and explained my issue and he says he doesn't know anything and ended the call abruply. I want you to take serious action on that service center. Now, I regret buying Sony for the service they have and with the issues the mobile I was having. Freak!!! Help!! I want replacement. Or my money back!!!! Investing 50k on your phone and having touch lags is like the most unworthy service ever.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience and the issue you are having with your handset. 

Can you test the phone in safe mode and see if you have the same problem?

Thank you for responding. I've tried in safe mode as well, but got the same results. Even tried touching other areas, it didn't respond. I'm a power user and I want my device snappy. It was snappy but the snapyness is gone after the recent update. After opening the app drawer, if I stop for one second and scroll, then everything is working well. Now, what to do, please suggest. Spending so much and not having a snappy device is a pain.
