SD card not recognized

I have a problem with my Xperia XZ, it does not recognize any SD card. What to do please ?

Are the SD cards able to be read in other devices? Are they formatted in exFAT or NTFS?

Yes I tried on other phones Samsung Galaxy 7 and a Lumia 950 XL and the cards is recognized by both. I try both formats but nothing works

Try reformatting one of them from inside the Xperia phone.

To format the memory card

1. From your Home screen, tap .
2. Find and tap Settings > Storage & memory.
3. Tap , then tap Advanced > Storage > SD Card > , then tap Settings > Format > Erase & format.

Not really, they should be pretty universal. Is it still the same in safe mode? If so, try a software repair using Xperia Companion.
