Greetings!
(I am not sure, should I post this in Sony Phones forum, or to Google)
I purchased this phone about two weeks ago.
I have enjoyed using it so far.
There is one problem I have ran at.
When I am using Google speech-to-text, I have problems commanding periods, commas and such within my native language (Finnish).
Any ideas?
Thanks for the help!
Hi @Damaskox, welcome to the community. Sorry it took so long to get back to you.
I have been looking around for you and from what I can tell the punctuation seems to be in German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, and Russian only. So, no Finnish for now.
Greetings!
Thanks for the reply!
I did try to use English while commanding punctuation while speaking Finnish otherwise, but unfortunately those appear in written words (when I say Comma in the middle of a Finnish phrase, it prints out "comma" instead of ",")
Maybe Google doesn't like swapping languages while talking.
@Damaskox, it may be having difficulty with the language swap.
What happens if you talk completely in English, does it recognise the commands?
