Problem sending the picture on my messenger

Dear all,

When I send picture via messaging, the pictures are always displayed with a poor quality, alot of noise and receicers can't see them clearly. Whats wrong with my phone or the issues belong to internet connect?

that's because of the default SMS app made by Google, I've noticed some time ago that it's horrible at compressing photos. try a third party SMS app like Textra or Pulse SMS, while they compress photos too (which is necessary because of MMS restrictions), the compressed image doesn't suffer from such quality loss.
