i gave my mobile for service which was with warranty, it had lock button problem and headphone port was not working. i gave my mobile to service on 30th may 2017 closely one and half month is over but still now news about my phone. i mailed them but no reply. i feel really bad. please do the needful. if this continues to one more month, i will never suggest Sony mobiles to any of my friends or relatives.
