I seem to be having the same issues with notifications, file transfers with Bluetooth and play store apps installing. All of them take a lot of time to do initiate. If a notification pops up, sometimes they are really out of date, for example Sky News and BBC news notifications are often out of date by a good few hours. Also if I press a notification most of the time it doesn't go to the relevent app straight away and takes a good 20 mins to sometimes an hour or two, meaning that when I am using my phone it'll open what seems to be a random app but its one that I had clicked hours ago.
I'm getting the same issue with Bluetooth transfers, I'll select a file, select a desination and it wont do anything straight away and can take 20 mins to an hour for it to initiate.
And also the same is happening with updates in the Play store where it'll download to 100% then hang for a long period of time before installing.
It seems that these above problems are all the same thing where they are just hanging before starting their individual action which is starting to get really frustrating and something that is really spoiling my user experience of this otherwise excellent product.
I've tried looking in all the setting to see if there is something thats been checked to delay installs or similar but cant see anything that would cause this.
