lower speaker no sound; loudspeaker no sound when call

Hi, Guys

I buy xzp 2 weeks ago. Today  lower speaker no sound when play music and video. 

Loud speaker no sound when calling. 

What should I do ?

you can try using Xperia Companion to perform a software repair, perhaps it'll help. if not, try contacting your local support.
