Hi
i got my new Sony Xperia XZ 3 weeks ago, i found many websites wrote about how to test water resistant without get it under water by using air pressure sensor
here i go, i opened the sensor test app in pressure test mode. the pressure value is 955 without touching anything then i press my phone and hold then yes the value does increase but few breathing moment it back to 955. after i released the pressing the value goes under 955 slowly get back to 955.
i'm thinking when i still press and hold the value must remain the same value not decent.
here the video of the test https://youtu.be/drk-qDeWKfA
P.s i never drop my phone, it've exposed to water (rain and water from tap) twice and its working great
Thanks!!
Hi @Kayn,
The only way to know for sure would be to request a vacuum pressure test from your Local support team.
