it's a single SIM phone, but there's also a separate model called Xperia XZ Premium Dual that has got a hybrid SIM card tray, which means that you can use either two SIM cards or one SIM and a microSD card. I'm not sure if it's already released though.

There are two versions, one is single sim and the other is dual sim (uses SD card slot).

G8141 is single sim model

G8142 is dual sim model

(You can check your model in "About phone" option in preferences)
