I have a problem when I have a call the screen turned off

My mobile close off the screen  when I resive a call or I make a call  took and turned it on when i was finished i am trying every thing to don't turn it off the screen and i push the power key but it's filled. Please help

does your phone has a protective case, film or anything blocking the proximity sensor?

No I don't have any thing to close it I am trying every thing

Could you test the phone ?

Settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test the phone 

also, boot in >>> safe mode and test the phone
