Headset not Supported

Hello there, 

I just received my xz premium today, and to my big suprise i see, my Huawei am 185 headset cant be used with the phone. When i plug them in, they say ''this headset is not supported''. 

Can this really be true? 

Never seen this isse before with any other phone.

It is possible that some third party products may not be compatible with your device. It's not possible to test every product out there to ensure compatibility unfortunately. 

Do you experience this issue with other headsets?
