A new bug I seem to have picked up yesterday.
Googe Play won't update any apps, tells me I need to update but they just sit in 'download' status and never install.
After a restart they installed, but after downloading they just sit there at 100% for a few minutes before they update.
I am experiencing this issue too. It seems that it just hangs then eventually goes to install but take around 20 mins. I would like an answer too.
I would try to clear the cache, and possibly even the data for the Play Store App within the settings. If that doesn't work a factory reset may be needed.
