I bought one of Sony's flagship phones the Sony XZ, and shortly after the earpiece stopped working, I sent it to Sony care and they replaced it free of charge because it was a manufacturing problem,
Shortly after the screen started to pop out of it's place and the touch had delays in it, I sent it back to Sony Care and after checking it they said that this is not due to a misuse of the phone and they will change it free of charge
It's been more than a month now and it hasn't been fixed because they are still waiting for the spare part, and they have no idea when the parts will arrive
I paid 10,000 L.E. for one of your top flagship phone and it's been at Sony care center more than I used it
I asked them to replace my handset because I don't feel like I got my money's worth paying all that money for one of Sony's top phones only to have 2 major parts of the phone replaced
So far Sony Egypt can't give me an exact date about fixing it and they can't give me an answer about replacing the handset
I will not accept any more fixes for this handset, I want it replaced with a new one
I am shocked about Sony's customer service treatment here in Egypt
I am one of Sony's very loyal customer to all of there products and I am very disappointed about the way I am being treated by your customer service here in Egypt
