Hey guys, so I have an issue where my phone will not detect my Bose sound sport headphones. It works fine with my Bowers and Wilkins p7 as well as a car cassette adapter so I know it's not just my Jack port.
I have followed the standard protocol of uninstalling smart connect/wiping it's data but that doesn't work either. Though as I said the system works fine with other outputs
It is my assumption that the sound connect application tests the amp requirements of any headphone plugged in and as such my Bose aren't a strong enough pull for the system to realise it is a pair of headphones, is there anyway to bypass this or disable the sound enhancement features so I can use my headphones?
It's incredibly inconvenient that I have to use my old lumia like a zune whenever I work out, especially since I bought this phone because it is essentially a Walkman!
