calling speaker not clear

Can you please go to Settings > About Phone > Diagnostics > Test, and test the Ear Speaker. Let me know if you hear the same noise.

You can try running a software repair using Xperia Companion, however I believe the issue may be hardware related, so you should contact your Local support team.
