Battery car switched off but won't come back on. Its there a way to manually turn it back on

Settings > Battery > Battery Care, then switch the toggle to On. if it doesn't kick in (which can be noticed by the phone charging slowly), then perhaps you'll have to wait several charging cycles until it starts working again.
