Z3 Do Not Disturb Problem

Hi ,, 

would you please help me 

I have Z3 D6633

I updated it to 6.0.1 months ago

after this update I had a serious problem with sound

when I turn off Do Not Disturb mode , it doesn't off untill I restart the phone

there is no sound even if I make prioity to allow calls

sometimes , when I plug on headphones and then plug off , the same problem 

the problem continoue untill I restart the phone

I tried to Volume Up the phone and I tried airplane mode ,, nothing changed

Can you please help me

I think do not disturb and low ringtone volume are related problems.

I dont put volume down .. I always make it loud .. Or dnd ..
I dont use low volume ..

I mean Software related.
Some people can't hear their ringtone even if ringtone is on max,
Some people, it doesn't ring at all.
Either way people miss important calls.

And I made software repair twice ..
But the problem is still
