Z3+ camera save location

Hi there

I would like a little bit of help regarding my new phone I am trying to take and save pictures on the Z3+ but it either comes up with an error message, save the picture then deletes it after, or shows a broken picture image to say it's faulty in some way this is on both phone and Memory Card

Any suggestions

Yes I did that but the only choice I get is to reboot there isn't a menu just a message and you press ok or cancel I pressed ok but it just kept going in a loop (on/off) with the memory card in

but you are able to boot in safe mode w/o the SD card?

Yes I am

It's nothing to do with the memory card as it works perfectly in other phones

But if the phone can boot in safe mode w/o the SD card but not with it, you might want to reformat the SD card or also repair the phone with XC or both
