z1 compact camera problem

My z1 compact has a problem with the camera. When i take a shot, there's so much yellow dots in the picture. Btw my phone is yellow case. Camera performance is worse than samsung s4 mini but this is 20mp. I dont know whats the problem. And wonder if service will take care of it.

Not much. I dont have another z1c to compare but better than pictures that i captured while case on.

I think the case causes all the problems.

But how can i solve it. They say there is camera problem caused by the case colour but i dont know how to fix it.

Given the above the only solution I can find would be to either use it without the case or modify the size of the hole in the case around the camera lens but that would likely involve damaging the case.
