Xperia z5 wont type properly - Sony

Hi all

My Xperia z5 keeps having this issue where I click in a box to type such as on amazon ect and I type but it doesn't type? Is anyone else having this issue its really getting on my nerves. Im not using any custom key boards or anything. maybe its a bug? It started after the latest update.

Does this happen when you are on #safemode?

Also try to tap on request desktop site on Chrome when typing in text fields

Thanks guys for the comments it still does it in safe mode, I have done a software repair and for now it seems to be working again

Perhaps an app acting up
