Xperia Z5 Premium Dual Screen Issues

So, a couple days ago I just woke the screen on my phone and this black blob was covering the top right part of the screen, along with grey vertical bars across the phone. I didn't damage it whatsoever, it just randomly appeared. I tried resetting and reinstalling software, and still the same. The phone itself still functions normally and the touch screen in the affected area is no different than before. Any suggestions?

That's a hardware issue, contact your local Xperia support to get your device inspected
