The back glass was broken only two weeks to buy the equipment. Now the top of the touchscreen is not working . I'm tired of Sony !
I'm Sony User for over 10 years , I have purchased at least 7 Vaio Notebooks , bought the Xperia Z1 and immerse me did not work , now bought the Z3 and this happening to me !
I want a solution!

I´ve already contact Xperia Care. No answer yet. Last week I contact the "support" chat center and they told me to make a factory reset. I did it and it doesn´t work. It was to much time for nothing!
I'd love to have a magic answer for you and be able to help you resolve this swiftly but we are members here like yourself and have no influence over Sony and their service practises
